Declaration on the duty to inform
(as of April 2019)
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.
Contact with us
If you contact us via form on the website or via e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. These data will not be passed on without your consent.
We would like to point out that the IP data of the connection owner, as well as the name and address of the buyer, are stored by the webshop operator within the framework of cookies for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for later contract processing.
In addition, the following data is stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: e-mail address, fixed and/or mobile phone number, as well as the delivery address provided by you for the delivery of the goods ordered from us.
The data provided by you in connection with payment processing will not be stored by us. For all payment methods offered by us (Paypal, credit card, ....... ), data processing takes place via the payment platform of our payment service provider Stripe, Inc. Basically, our payment service provider receives the following data for this: Merchant ID, transaction ID, shopping cart amount, order number and currency. Specific, payment method-dependent process steps and data can be used for this purpose.
The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. We cannot conclude a contract with you without this data. A data transfer to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transfer of the delivery address provided by you to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax consultant to fulfil our tax obligations.
The data stored by us will be deleted after the purchase process has been interrupted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years).
The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until the expiration of the product liability (10 years). The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary to fulfill the contract) of the DSGVO.
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.
If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you when cookies are set and you only allow this in individual cases.
If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted.
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics (https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/). Cookies are used to analyze the use of the website by your users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider's server and stored there.
You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored.
We have concluded a corresponding agreement with the provider on order data processing.
Your IP address is recorded in the system for documenting every contact process on our website, but is immediately pseudonymised [e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits]. This means that only a rough localisation is possible.
The relationship with the web analysis provider is based on its standard contractual clauses, which can be viewed at the above-mentioned web address or at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.
Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.
Our concern in the sense of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised.
The user data is stored for a period of 14 months.
